It has clearly been pointed out , if the links provided were followed, that you should only enter the custom loaded ammo business if you don't mind loosing money because of the licensing, insurance, special regulations and registration fees that are imposed to do this legally , and without risking all you have managed to accumulate throughout your life time. There is a legit reason why there are few custom loaded ammo services available and those that are can be quit expensive by most folks standards. A couple of local guys here started up a "reloaded ammo" business a few years ago using once fired brass.
