I agree 100%! I see guy's that go first class building their rifles then cheap out on one of the most important parts of their build... GOOD GLASS!Mason I had a standard T36 and it was a good scope. But all too often I could not use it at 300 yards due to mirage. Sold it and moved on.
That's the first negative thing I heard about that scope. I have 2 friends that I shoot score with who bought one and they both love them. It only proves you can get a lemon. I had a friend who bought a 2015 NF comp last year and it screwed up on him in the first match he took it to. Shit happens.Recently bought the XR 36. Put it on a rimfire BR bolt action gun and sighted it in. Had to move the reticle a long way to get it to the POI after the 1st shot. The next adjustment resulted in no reticle movement but POI changed. Was no longer able to see reticle movement after that. Sent it back to Midway who refunded my $. Won't be going that route again.
