anschutz 64 action question (someone to smooth it up)

hello, I have an anschutz 64 ms and ive gotten used to my "no cock on close" comp rifle. is there someone out there that can smooth up the action, especially the closing aspect ( feels clunky on bolt close). if you want to call me at 2282181535 because you have opinions, I'm good with it!! thanks in advance, bryant

Youll never get a 64 to feel like a 54 or a custom centerfire rig. Its just the nature of the trigger geometry and the guide on a 64 sticking thru the action side. Another 25-30,000 rds may help tho

Maybe identify and assess the finish of the contact points in the action and use a Dremel with felt polishing wheels/tips and polishing compound to hone those areas to improve feel?

I may have to look at that, cuz it shoots really good and I hate to sell a known quantity to get an unknown quantity!! may just play with it and see what happens.
