Another ring height question. Signature Zee 30mm on Rem 700 with 15 MOA base

I know I have seen the answer to this before, but I can't find it right now. I have a Sightron SIII 6-24x50 on order. I will be putting it on a Remington 700 Sendero with a 15 MOA EGW base. I am planning on using the Burris Signature Zee 30mm rings. I have seen some people say use the highs and others saying extra highs. Is anybody running a similar setup?

I don't believe that you will have an issue with the high. I just put a 6x24x50 on a rifle with grand slam bases & it's got a ton of clearance. Probably could have used med.

You should be fine with high rings. I run High rings on my bat's with there 20 moa rail and a 56mm objective scopes and they clear. Bats rail is I believe .500 tall I'm not shire what the EGW rail is.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking I could get by with the highs. I guess Burris customer service is erring on the side of caution by recommending extra highs.

I got my high rings in today. Good thing I didn't listen to Burris customer service. It looks like i would have plenty of room even if I had gotten mediums.
