We aren’t talking about Germans here. ISIS is crazy. This dude was crazy. Don’t mix efficiency and effectiveness with being a warrior. I disrespect the hell out of ISIS, this dude, and whatever they stand for. I am superior to them because I know the difference between right and wrong. Also, me saying that doesn’t make me “feel” better about myself. It makes me honest.
Your superior position with regard to right and wrong has NOTHING to do with the battlefield. The "right" guys get killed as much as the "wrong". On the battlefield you would learn respect for the enemies capabilities and academic discussions disappear.
On the battlefield, you never learn to respect your enemy. You learn how to survive. There is no right or wrong on the battlefield. This is the real world, not the OK Corral. Your CCW/pistola will do nothing for you in that situation, and all venues such as that one does not allow weapons of any type. And for good reason. Obviously, you have never been on a battlefield.Your superior position with regard to right and wrong has NOTHING to do with the battlefield. The "right" guys get killed as much as the "wrong". Considering the angle he was shooting from, highly unlikely to have very many multiple strikes with one bullet. Also if it were (?) a 5.56, the bullet doesn't have a lot of energy at that distance, not enough to penetrate 2-3 bodies. Chances are many of the deaths and injuries was from a human stampede. Here are some recent examples.
- July 9, 2015: At least 23 people were killed and 50 injured following a stampede at a free clothing drive in the northern Bangladeshi city of Mymensingh.
- January 1, 2013: 60 people were killed, including 26 children, and more than 200 injured in a stampede at the Stade Félix Houphouët-Boigny during a New Year's fireworks celebration in Abidjan.
- July 14, 2015: At least 27 pilgrims died in a stampede on the banks of the Godavari River in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
- September 24, 2015: At least 2,262 Muslim pilgrims were killed in Mina, Saudi Arabia in an overcrowding incident during the Hajj pilgrimage. A further 934 were injured.
Well I agree that this was well planned out, premeditated, but what the Hell was this warriors cause?A warrior believing in his cause enough to give his life. Nothing about this man shows a "mad" man. Just the opposite.
...but what the Hell was this warriors cause?
BTW, I didn't call him a "warrior", those were VaRandy's words. I have a plethora of much more derogatory names for him.Vanity.
He was no warrior, he was a coward.
Well I agree that this was well planned out, premeditated, but what the Hell was this warriors cause?

All supposition.Easy his cause was to kill all those violently opposed to his agenda of destroying the US and all the good that that brought. He will be found to hate the Constitution, Pro Choice, those fighting immigration, pro fence, pro fiscal responsibility, etc and more.
All supposition.
Crystal ball, perhaps

Waiting for the facts, if and when they are revealed. I'm a 1 + 1 = 2 kind of guy. Hard to figure that a guy with all those weapons, ammo and even bump fire stock, would attack a CM venue. That is if he truly believed in the 2nd amendment. Also hard to believe that if he was a flaming liberal looking to destroy the constitution and 2nd amendment, he would have the wherewithal to gather the equipment and lay out such a game plan. Things don't add up. Until more facts come out I am sticking with a sick SOB with a death wish. If the latter is the case, my wish is that he would have driven his car at 100 mph into a cement bridge abutment. What is your supposition, that he hated country music?
Only an imbecile would do that.Could you imagine watching cnn every morning for the last 10 months.
