Another Kudos to Dillon

I have a Dillon square deal and a 550B that I had not used for at least twenty years. I purchased them both in the 80s. A few months ago I decided to set them up and start using them again. I called Dillon with the intention of asking them some questions and buying some parts. A few minutes after I started explaining what i needed to the dillon rep he said
"Sounds like you should send them in to get rebuilt" I asked how much that would cost and he said "you pay the shipping here and we will take of the rest" Well I shipped them and Dillon rebuilt them just as they said they would at no cost to me. Got them back to me within a week or so to. Dillon's No BS life time warranty is the real deal. Not many companies warranty anything in this day and age for 30 years. Thanks Dillon

I completely agree. I was loading with my 550B tonight and kept wondering how I ever got by without it. It's a fantastic piece of equipment.

I have had their Square Deal pistol press since 1988 and its still rock'n. I can't imagine how much ammo that thing has turned out and I have never had to replace anything.

I own a 450B, two 550s, and two 1050s. Have loaded over a million rounds no kidding. They have replaced the primer assemblies, and powder measures several times, no questions asked.
Great warranty and service. If I were to do it all over again, I would buy Dillon machines.

I purchased a Dillon Square D deal at a garage sale, which the precious owner had almost destroyed. I bought the press for $5 and called Dillon and told them what had happened. I sent it in and I said I would pay for the repair costs. They sent it back within two weeks. No cost. Their BS warranty is awesome. Great company to deal with.
