Dillon's no BS warranty

I had a Dillon CV-500 vibrating case cleaner. I bought it back in 1995 and used it all through the years. I emailed Dillon that I had a problem with the motor heating up and asked what were my options. They said it was still under warranty after all these years. They sent me a return number and I returned it to them. They received it on Sept. 15 and I received the new CV-750 vibrating case cleaner on Sept. 21 with no charge. I am so impressed with Dillon's no BS warranty. What an A+++ service.

Good shooting,
Gene

I just had a similar great experience with Dillon. I bought a Dillon 550B press in 2002 and never had a problem with it until a month ago when I decided to change powders when reloading 9mm. I began using AA#7 which is a very fine powder. After a few cycles, the measure would jam. I called and they sent me a new powder bar spacer but it would still jam after a few cycles. They said to send in the measure and after a little over a week they sent me a new powder measure which works great. I'm a Dillon customer for life!

Ask Heck Phillips about their warranty. Lost 4-5 pressed in a fire and they replaced everything from the presses to primer tubes.

I sent a 550B and square deal both purchased in the eightys to them last year --they rebuilt them both no charge. Tremendous service. I need to buy some stuff from them soon.

That's pretty stand up of Dillon, considering they state the warranty is one year on the electric parts of their equipment. I purchased a Square Deal earlier this year and absolutely love it!
