How much does it matter if the case rotates within the flame when using a 2 torch setup? Is it ok for the brass to be stationary for those few seconds in the flame or should it be rotating?

The reason I am asking is I am thinking about gather some parts to make an annealer and was wondering if it was important. I plan on building one with the saw tooth designed wheel where the brass stops within the flame for set amount of time but was wondering if it would be wise to put a small rotating platform there so the brass is rotating while in the flame.

It should rotate fairly fast for an even neck hardness.
