I’ve seen a few members looking forward annealling services. I worked 7 years in the induction industry with some of the brightest minds in the induction heating industry. I’d be willing to anneal brass for members for between $0.20-$0.31 per round, plus return shipping cost to the member. If any members have a need for such services, please pm me and we can discuss.
I’ve read all the previous posts about this subject and my only interest is to assist members in need of quality annealed brass. I’m extremely methodical and will assure you that your brass will be taken care with the same attention to detail that I show my own.

Turned around some brass induction annealed to perfection for a great customer, Greg today.
Let me know if I can help anyone in need of this service.

Took care of Greg’s brass yesterday in less than three hours total turnaround time. Certainly much faster than normal, but I generally turnaround brass in 1-2 days max.

Induction annealing service with discounts available about 500 pieces. 1-2 day turnaround. Solid references available upon request. I guarantee you that I will treat your brass with the same attention to detail that I do my own competition F class brass. PM if interested and we can discuss your needs.

What kind of annealer are you using Dave?

I worked at an induction annealing company for 5 years and I built my own induction unit. I have 4 different coils and through neck thickness measurements and calculations, I develop a starting point for induction parameters (V, A, and time in coil). From here is make minor modifications based on initial results. I have 6 Dasher brass with over 20+ firings on it and it is still shooting clean targets. Induction is by far the most consistent annealing method for cartridge brass. Other methods can certainly work but their variability is not acceptable as far as I’m concerned. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

I may work up an auto feeder in the future but I’m so anal that hand feed 100% of the cases into the coil which has a centering device, and anneal in my darkened workshop to make sure all cases are reaching the same dull red coloring. I find it rather soothing. Lol. I love watching something I designed, built and perfected function as intended and accomplish a task in a more controlled manner than previously used.
