AMP Popping sound

I have chatted with AMP via emails. Alex said what the issue was more than likely. Gave me straight forward info And sent shipping labels and was very clear on instructions on how to send the item in for service. Really a first class company to deal with. If anyone has any issues with their annealer the gentleman at AMP will make it a smooth transaction to get service work done. Big thanks go out to AMP and thanks to all the members on here who have gave information on possible remedies.

Where is Alex having you ship the AMP to?
 
AMP is back as of this afternoon. Had some brass that needed annealed. I ran another sacrificial case in it just to check. The Aztec number was 2 higher than before. Could be because of the board switch or brass being used more times since the first sacrificial case or possibly just a a variance in that particular case. Whatever the case may be the AMP is back from them and works like it should all in a total of 11 days from the time it went down. Amazing customer service!

my brass always reads a little higher after multiple firings (1-2 more)

No I do not believe. I did notice a couple different selections while scrolling through the menu tho. Also the screen now says when the hole is empty beside the count
