I am a very happy purchaser of this tool. I dreaded annealing in the past as I did it with a hand held torch, guessing on each case. This tool is adjustable as to time spent under the torch and intensity of the flame. I anneal regularly now and note that my neck tension variation is no longer a problem. The price is very reasonable.

Been using mine for about a year. I've had platforms, Giraud (Big daddy to the Annealeez). For my volume of about 100 cases a week, it's fine.

Excellent product, I just got one as an upgrade from the torch/drill/socket myself. Much easier, quicker and more consistent. Excellent value for the price too.

The annealer works just fine. Its a good bang for your buck. It takes some time to get it set up. I had to open the channel of the wheels bcuz the brass would get stuck. Once i got it dialed, it worked awesome.

I ordered 12/4, they told me 2-3 week wait due to heavy volume. It shipped on 12/18 so faster than they predicted.

My only "complaint" is cases don't rotate consistently while being annealed. The wheel's surface is coated with something making it slightly rough in hope of causing rotation. I'v cut grooves in this surface trying to get cases to rotate, but still not consistent. Any suggestion appreciated.

Super glue emery tape onto the wheel. Makes them spin perfect after that.

Where do you get emery tape? I heard of emery cloth.

My Annealeez is pretty good. That MRB looks a little more polished.

The good thing about the Annealeez is I can make rollers for any cartridge up to 378 Weatherby. Perhaps I should start a thread on Annealeez mods.

After than I use my Ballistic Edge with upgraded torches.

I've noticed if you tumble or clean the cases first they turn consistently.

My solution to the issue was to put rubber grommets coated with grease to support the rotating shafts, then loosen and retight shafts to re align. Check enough clearance between top of the case and upper roller. Since then it works seamlessly well.

I purchased the Frankford Arsenal STM rotary tumbler, Lyman case prep center, and an Annealeez this fall. Those machines changed my reloading-life. I can now make consistent, beautiful brass with relative ease and efficiency.

The annealeez is my first foray into annealing and from my limited perspective, works great. Once you tune the flame length and rotation time it is too easy to knock out 100 cases. I have noticed that the Annealeez requires a slower rotation time under the flame than many of the instructional videos using machines that incorporate two torches. My biggest learning curve has been finding the sweet spot for the correct time under flame.

I have had a couple of cases stick a bit, but it hasn't been a big issue. Just have to keep an eye on the machine. It is easier to get distracted doing something else with this machine due to the ease of operation (self-feeding brass hopper). My only complaints with the machine are small.

1. Adjustment knob/ valve for the torch is not sensitive enough. It takes a fair amount of time dickering with it to produce the right length of flame. A hair movement will create a huge flame difference. Now, once I set it, I use the valve on the bottle for on/off and try not to touch the torch valve.

2. Wish the metal "bucket" that is included would hold 100 mid-size 6 or 6.5 cartridges.

3. The blue light on the power switch is overpowering when you have the lights off adjusting the rotation time. I'm usually looking for red glow/ flame so I can speed up the rotation time and the blue light is too bright. I put some black tape over it.

Overall, the machine works well, is a great value, and the customer service is great.
