Hey I thought Prairie Dogs in Utah are protected ,can't be shot ? Did the law change ? No it didn't. I just googled the regulations ,I suggest you do the same .

At your suggestion I did look up the regulations for prairie dogs in Utah.

I did not commit any violation of the game laws as you implied. Perhaps instead of broadcasting to the whole world that I broke game laws, you could read the regulations and notice that a very good portion of the State of Utah is open to hunting.
The season was open where I was, and the species I was hunting is not prohibited.

The season was open from June 16 2018 through March 31 2019. My original post was March 26 2019. I was not hunting in the southwest portion of Utah that is closed, nor was I hunting in Coyote Basin.

The statement in the regulations "There is no recreational shooting of Utah prairie dogs" refers to that subspecies. It does NOT mean you can't shoot any prairie dogs in Utah.

Doesnt the 180 have 40° of flap vs 30 on the 182? Or am I getting the 150, 152 mixed in?

The 180 has flaps to 40 in 10 degree increments. The old 182's, were the same airplane other than gear location. Up to early 60's I believe. I was just working on a '56 182 the last few days, it was converted to tailwheel. Other than the panel it is nearly the same as my 180.
