Ampmate issue

My ampmate is having some issues with ejection.
The ejection mechanism itself is working but the two arms that are connected to the main servo seems to be not rigid enough so when the case ejector bracket start the push the case the whole arm moves forward.

Anybody seen this before and are there any resolutions? This was working well before so I'm not sure what happened.

I've attached a video showing how the arms seem to have a lot of play on the servo shaft/gear.

It's not supposed to flop around like that. My main arms are held fairly solidly in place when they are in that position. Either the set screw on the brass gear attached to the main servo motor shaft is loose or something isn't right with the main servo motor itself.

That's what I was thinking. If the set screw was loose, then the mechanism would likely have more issues in rest of its travel and not just at the top.
Maybe the main servo needs replacing.

Per AMP:
It should be as simple as removing the sensor bracket that covers the main brass gear, then remove the front loading arm by removing the single bolt.
Then remove the top grub screw in the brass gear followed by tightening the bottom on against the flat spot on the motor axel and then tightening the one above it and reassembling in the reverse order.
