Amp mate issue: update

Hi have an amp mate (the Green PCB version) and it was working great until a couple of days ago.
The top servo motor that controls the case feeder Delrin block seems to not be able to move the ejector block.
It seems to me like the white delrin block is not moving smoothly and the motor doesn't have enough power to push it forward. During the cycle, the motor buzzes for a moment and then nothing.

Anybody encountered something like this? What do I need to do at this point ?

I know that once in a while those stepper motors can have an issue but AMP is awesome at customer service. I bet you could email them with the problem and get a part sent to your door faster than the next response on this thread .

Update: I ended up upgrading all the parts to the revised parts including the PCB and things work a lot smoother now.
