Alpha brass ??

To be fair, the BRA brass has a lot of drama (and finger pointing) behind it. I wouldn't judge the whole product line up on this.

i decided to take no chances and make sure my new dasher build was chambered with the alpha dasher reamer, and I am using the alpha dasher short action customs modular sizing die.

my understanding is... if you use the alpha reamer with alpha brass (BRA) you'll be OK. The finger pointing is between un-associated parties.

Who sells brass without allowing the consumer to know up front it will only work with their reamer? And then not allow you to return it. Denied issues. Lower case volumes across the board. Not for me never again.

There is a learning curve with alpha brass…at least the dasher bass anyways….

If you are shooting a 6bra, don’t use Alpha brass. You will likely not be able to run the middle and high node and will have headaches. Some of the most knowledgeable shooters on this site have proven that and I have lived it. It’s not just finger pointing or drama.

The general consensus is that Alpha works fine in other chambering. After Alpha left the bad taste in my mouth, I went with Peterson in my Dasher and it has been excellent.
