Alpha Arms #112

Just traded for this petite 270 WCF semi custom rifle weights in at 6 lbs 10 oz with a VX2 3-9x40 in Buehler 1" split Scope rings. When you pick it up it feels like a old Kimber 22 Hornet

Will post pics if any interest in a classy 1970-1980 hunting rifle.

Interesting design on the bolt for 1970, looks to me like the current Browning A bolt with the full diameter body & 3 lugs. Also has the same 60° bolt lift.

Not so great at 100 yards first group was a 2"er and next group was a touch smaller.

Did an inspection & scope had loose screws in base and rings. Also cleaned the bore. Re-installing the scope & will check bedding too

Nice rifle. What make is the action? The fluted and jeweled bolt remind me of a Weatherby Mark 5. What barrel length?

Its a pure Alpha Arms action It's quite the little rifle.

The barrel is a slim profile 21" built to specs, either a Douglas premium or ER Shaw source's are varied on that detail
