How hard or what does it take to get the 6BR case to feed in a Savage centerfeed long action?

Yep though it is easy enough to run a short mag box and space it forward, I would think you could with some work get it done but why not use a longer cartridge.

When the barrel goes south on my 22-250 it will get a 6BR

I have a 6BR 14 TW with over 4200 shots. It still shoots small. You can modify the magazine if you don't want single feed. I have always single fed for GH when I didn't have to.
