All in one powder measure of electronic scale?

I am new to reloading and will probably never bee a high volume shooter, but I like precision. Would you recommend a all in one unit like the RCBS chargemaster or Lyman DPS III or a separate powder measure with a electronic scale,like a acculab). I prefer to weigh each charge. If you suggest a electronic scale what would you recommend? I understand that there is a cheaper version of the acculab?

I have seen the latest RCBS Chargemaster in use, and it seems to be an excellent tool for powders that are too coarse to be thrown consistently. I will add that many times reloaders concentrate on minor variations in charge weight as is this is the primary source of the accuracy of their ammunition. In my experience, it is not. I am not saying that this is the case for you, but many times I see fellows, at the range who are shooting off a poor rifle support setup, with no wind flags, crooked ammunition, and a vague approach to seating depth, that have obsessed about tuning almost exclusively with charge weight. Usually, they never quite "get there". I have seriously considered buying the RCBS unit, but managed to come up with a way of throwing 133 within the tolerances that I require. If I was not able to do this, or was using a coarser powder in my Benchrest rifle, I would have one, and a battery pack,and inverter to make 12v into 120v) for use at the range, since that is where I do virtually all of my reloading these days.
