Alec Baldwin shot and killed someone on set

I just don't care. I don't care who's at fault, I don't care if there is prosecution or not, I don't care how it happened, and I don't care to speculate on the event. I only care that someone's wife and mother did not come home and that could have just as easily happened in a car accident.

Sorry, that's just what happens when something is in my face every day.

Baldwin part of Rust production. Low budget film that WAS NOT following common firearm prop protocol, both with number of armorer personnel and safety procedures(assistant director supposedly handed him a gun). No answer to main questions, why was a firearm(cold) loaded and why did he point the firearm at anything but the MARK(designated safe spot) firearms on sets are never pointed at people or equipment when blank cartridges are fired. If it was a live load, who/when was it loaded the inexperienced armorer has said no live loads on site. To me if as part of production Baldwin is responsible/liable for decisions that lead to injury/death on a work site(set). He shot 2, haven't been told if 2 shots were fired?

Start this at 2 mins 15 seconds..
John Schneider sums it up.. And yes, he is an actor. There is a protocol and there is gun safety...
There was no reason on earth that this should have happened.. 3 complete incompetent fools ignored all safety with regards to firearms, prop guns or any gun.. BUT this begs the question why was a real firearm on a movie set? And WHY was live ( real) ammo on set??

We have a Mel Gibson and a Bruce Willis move being filmed here in Las Cruces right now!!!!
What kind of “movement” is being filmed? I hope that plenty of NM talent is represented in the film and that the local economy is boosted by all that the California money. Sounds like typical Hollywoid sh*t with antis in the lead roles. I truly hope no one is killed during filming….

Business decisions may or may not cross criminal code lines, but civil fault has a much lower burden of proof to win case. If his actions broke state criminal code, arrest and charge. As a country we need to return to accountability and a fair/just legal system.
