AGS V3 Runs Backwards

I watched several videos on this machine and bought one. It arrived in three days from Amazon. I got it set up on the bench. The first thing I noticed there was no hole in the front right corner for the torch holder. ( Reminded me of the Johnny Cash song One Piece at a Time ) No big deal, there were still three holes for the torch. I finished setting it up and loaded a few cases to test the operation of the table. I loaded it with some practice cases and turned it on. Something didn't look right as it turned and dropped a case in the wrong spot. Got my note pad set up with one of the better videos. Low and behold my machine is rotating in the opposite direction. Not to worry though. I got it up and running and it does a great job. The quality and workmanship is great. I don't know how they can build this and ship it to my door for the price they charge.

If you mean counterclockwise my 2-year-old one does the same.

My recent purchase runs clockwise which is opposite the videos I’ve seen but actually makes it easier to load that way

I got mine a few weeks ago and it also was setup to run clockwise. It looked like something was not right based on one of the videos I watched that showed it running counter clockwise. It was no problem, set it up with the torch on the position before the drop hole and everything works.

It is a very well built to be so small and fun to use.

Looking at their website, it appears they may have changed the direction it runs. The earlier models had the torch mount at the rear left corner of the unit. The newer ones mount at the rear-right. Also looks like the little lever thingie has moved from just left of center (looking face on to the box) to just right of center.
