Who was it? They deserve to be mentioned for the excellent service. I went through a similar problem with a Bartlien. It never shot a group under .4, this was on a 1k light gun. Sent them the whole gun, dies, brass, load data (they wanted to shoot it). 3 Months later they still never shot it, I said just send it back, got it back with a broken stock and rusty dies. Got the stock payed for by fed ex. Still they wouldnt admit to making a bad barrel. Called one last time to let them make it right, nope. Rebarreled with a Krieger, shoots great. Took me out of the game for a year. I will probably use another Bartlien because they make good barrels but if I have a problem I will just scrap it.
