Advice for 6.5x47 Lapua powders and bullets

;) ;) ;) ;)

Yea, you will never compete with the fast 7's with a lowly 47L unless conditions are perfect like we had at the past nationals in Lodi.

Barry, you shot very well at nationals. If you were shooting a 47L, that's even more impressive! We had extreme winds yesterday at Midland. 284's were getting blown 7 minutes, while 308's were about 12 minutes off. I couldn't imagine trying to shoot my 47L in that.

I have never shot f-class I would expect higher BC bullets would be more forgiveing in the wind especially the program you shoot but I would never feel undergunned with a 6.5x47 with 140 gr. bullets the wind is your friend making you learn to read wind to your advantage.
