adjustable butt plate ?

I recently purchased an adjustable butt plate for my rifle and it is perfect, however I can't find a recoil pad that I would like to put on it. Does anybody know of a squishy material that I can put on the aluminum butt plate to make it less menacing to my shoulder.

There is a reason that butt plate pads are firm, it's to help repeat the same shoulder pressure on the gun. A soft, squishy pad could give you small variances when placed in the shoulder, leading to larger groups. Be aware that ALL pressures on the stock, cheek pressure, side and vertical, as well as pulling pressure from the grip, MUST be uniform from shot to shot. Ask any bench rest shooter, small bore or Long Range shooter.
There are many pads for the shoulder on the market that will work well.

Install a Pachmayr 500B on your adjustable butt plate,as mentioned above for repeatable accuracy.
