Butt plate for F TR question

I'm looking at changing my stock recoil pad for an adjustable butt plate. What options do I have to make weight? Currently my rifle is 16.5 pounds with everything attached. With a limit of 18.18 pounds. I would rather be a little under for scale descrepensis.

The Jones recoil- less is what I have on 4 of my rifles. Light and have never come loose! Have them on 2 f/tr and 2 open rifles.
