Does anyone besides Kelby make an adapter from an Panda dovetail to picitinny adapter? Thanks JVON

Yes, Warner Tool will make an adapter for the Panda, from the dovetail base to a picatinney. I checked into it about a year ago. They want the receiver to fit the adapter, and they said the receiver would have to be "modified". I did not do it.
