On a tapered case chamber im just wondering how you measure diameter at a point on the print to the ten thousandth?

Gage balls but first you have to verify reamer dimensions. They have +/- tolerances. Most of the chamber prints I get from industry have dimensions using precision gage balls. Easy for them with CAD systems. The latest one used two gage balls to establish the taper and radius on the counterbore to the shoulder on the tenon. I laughed. Someone was bored that day.
