Custom sizing die? Used wrong spec reamer.

Long story short...it's my fault because I didn't measure reamer before chambering. Rented a reamer for 308x1.5" for a project. Reamer renter showed a print on their sight that also matches customer's sizing die. Reamer does not match the print they show on their sight. Appears to match print from customers book Wildcat Cartridges of the World (I think that is the book).
This is print from renters page with actual reamer dimensions noted on it:

This is the print that I believe matches the actual reamer:

So.....the easiest thing to do now would be to make a sizing die to match the second print?
Of course the customer's brass does not chamber fully as shoulder diameter is to large/

I would think it would be easier to set the barrel back a few threads and rechamber it with the right reamer if he already has everything for it

I spoke with Redding today and they confirmed that there die will size brass to the second print.

You're 'running with scissors' if you're renting reamers to chamber for 'customers', Dave. In the past 19yrs. I've rented chambering reamers exactly twice and been disappointed both times. Seems the rental company can't tell the difference between a dull and a sharp tool or a removable pilot that's been egg shaped, let alone get the order right the first time... There's a reason many 'smiths have thousands tied up in tooling. If there's a low cost way to get what you want, I haven't found it yet (in the 26yrs I've been gunsmithing)....Do as Dusty says, set back a couple of turns and re-chamber with the right reamer.
