Active shooter hoax

As if things aren`t bad enough. I just got a call from my son in PA. He is the Centre County Sheriff. This morning a local high school was reported as an active shooter scene. He and a deputy and the local police chief and an officer responded in about 4 minutes and made entry. They started to clear the building and at the end he said there were about 80-90 police from the local dept. ,his office and surrounding towns and the State Police. This is in rural PA. They did not find anyone and cleared the building in about an hour. It`s his understanding that this took place in as high as 15 other schools in PA. I hope they find the person or people that caused this chaos and put them away for awhile. Some sick POS`s out there. Not a thing on the news yet. Jeff

Jesse, He said that is going on a lot in PA. Someone needs to find these scumbags and eliminate them from society. Bryan teaches active shooter all across the state, so if anything it was good he and Sean lead the charge. I`m thanking GOD it was a hoax. Thanks.

One of my class mates in the Lake Worth High class of 1972 gave some other students who were brothers $25 to call in a bomb threat, every day for that last 5 days of school. Seems he was not going to graduate if he failed the final test in one of his classes. It would have never occurred to me to even try such a thing. They called from the pay phone in front of the deans office in the main hallway. No such thing as security cameras back then.

Speaking of HOAXES, Someone examined closely that footage from yesterday noticed that the person with the red hat that first entered the building had on a completely different style and color of shoes than the person that was shot by police and was laying in what looked to be a stairwell.
He/she it stopped to change shoes??

I didn't know who it was until the 1990s And but that time one of the brothers had been elected to the city commission. I did not think at that time it was worth thee trouble and it was only word of mouth. Besides I had been in that school system for 12 years and standing out side looking at the skirts was way more interesting than listening to one of the teachers drone on about nothing.

There is just no respect for any other person or facility, by so many of these nuts in todays society. Something has really gone wrong with so many. I just can not figure out why or what is causing it. Is it the news media, politicians, or all the crazy movies and video games these fruitcakes are watching and trying to follow those examples ? Sadly they seem to be growing in number and hoax/swatting calls and criminal activity.

Trouble is, an active shooter could significantly soften the response by calling in several of these ten minutes before going into the school they want to terrorize. I think everyone responding was worried that their call is the real active shooter call.
