I have this style of bubble level mounted on almost every scoped rifle I own. They're cheap, and work great.

I've got one of the MK Machining level's, but it doesn't do anything better than the cheap levels do. Yes, you can break the cheap ones, but I have plenty of spares since they cost under $10 each.
