Acceptable Case and bullet variations

Gentleman (and ladies I am sure),
New to forum new LR/BR. Recently bought a Cooper 6.5 X284. Though no BR hope to hone skills for LR shooting by punching paper and some varmint shooting. The question is two fold: Would also appreciate a two fold answer. Questions are what are the acceptable variances in weight from a 6.5 X284 1) case and 2) bullet. Example got out the new electronic scale, set it up properly and weighed out a batch of Norma brass. Had 2 distinct groups with wide variations with in the group. Group one weighed in from 202.2 gns to 203.5 the other was 195.8 to 196.2 are the variations within the sub groups acceptable? 1) For BR 2) for real world paper and foxes?
Now bullets 123 Lapua Sceaner from 123.2 to about 123.6 same question BR and Real world. How close do the need (of course no variation is ideal)

Thanks and have REALLY enjoyed the forum for some time.

Joe obviously the closer the better but in my 6.5 I will except .5 gr. On the cases and .0 on the bullets. Now that is weighing with a Chargemaster scale. Hope to have a better scale shortly but have a new gun coming and saving for a new Nightforce. Hope this helps.

Thanks that is what I thought and makes perfect sense. I am using a new Chargemaster 1500. Interesting to note, I bought a 100 ct box of Lapua brass as a rule less than .9 grn on all weighed so far on all out of the box.
