260AI with 140gr. bullet is too slow?

In AR 10 24" barrel 6.5 Creedmoor fastest powders were RL-26 140 gr 2962 fps. Superformance was breaking 2900 fps with the 140 gr bullets. My load was 150 SMK at 2842 fps 10.1 S/D with 1/2" 5 shot groups in AR-10. Shot mostly 147 eldm and 150 SMK ..in the 2850 fps area.
