There are no such things as "gun control" laws
ONLY PEOPLE CONTROL LAWS.
The first line of people control is control of peoples MINDS and EMOTIONS. (mainstream media).
The second line of people control are laws
All human beings continuously operate from their feelings of either fear or desire or both.
Those that seek to control people know this.

Maybe when ask to give up your firearm you could compromise and give up the bullets first?

I just pulled up and read the Constitution of the US, first the Articles and then the Amendments. It's really not all that long. A bit difficult with terms sometimes but the meanings and intent seemed clear.
I could NOT find anywhere in the Constitution where Jurisdiction or legal power to write ANY law concerning firearms was given to the Federal Government.
If anyone can correct or enlighten me about what I missed I would appreciate the help.
