A story about ammo and no justice with out deep pockets!

Hey Fellers, having read all of this twice I'm wondering why I gave up the limited amount of time that I have left. I've been involved twice in my life intimately with patent/trademark cases and the one thing I took away is that the "big business" version of the golden rule always applies..."he who has the gold rules"!
Secondly... IMHO...the character assignation attempt by the press on Mr. Sundles sure does put me in mind of some ranchers leasing government land and ending up in court or dead because of government prosecution of poor, if any, circumstancesual evidence..... my take anyway, John

I’m glad you said that John. There is probably two sides to that story also.

when i said failed, it wasn't to rpms.
257 cal 117 boat tail spire points and 270 cal 140 boat tail spire points failed to get inside the ribcage
of 150lb whitetails with broad side shots. strange things happen sometimes, but I moved on after that.

It's always the bullets fault and nothing else is suspect. I'm rolling my eyes.

I have spent most of my life making products made in the USA. And I'm still doing it now.

It truly disturbs to see this upside down culture we are living in now. One that will quickly jump on an American company, relentlessly beating on their ethics, and then brag about their brand new Chinese knockoff of an American product as being a great value.

His channel has suggested video prompts on my YouTube feed now, browsing it I saw last evening that a month ago he sat down casually, in an sleeveless undershirt, and recorded an apparently impromptu video, wherein he mentioned two or three times that he was only telling us all this because the statute of limitations had run on everything he was saying in the video, but that, on a pack trip, he shot the reintroduced wolves, he admits to 15, and he describes the difficulty of cutting off the tracking collar on the one of them that allowed the named pack to be monitored. He prefaced this by saying how many elk they killed and how against their existence he was.

That worries one of his current mindset.

I would give up all other hunting if I could just kill wolves en masse, but in a manner that would not include peoples' pets and other animals as collateral damage. People get pretty crazy over people killing their dogs. Back in 2012 a close friend was tortured and then murdered by the owner of the dogs he had poisoned! It was all over the news and the guy who killed him actually got away with it.

Yup! Large Companies have been “legally” bulldozing smaller companies for EVER! This is his story of what Hornady did to him. A larger bankroll hiring lots of lawyers usually beats the little guy into the dirt. A similar injustice is happening in Blue states. Endless Public money is being used by those in power to strip the gun rights of its citizens. Chinese manufacturers don’t even bother to fight over “legal” patent laws. They just mass produce copies of products, sell them cheaper and hope they don’t get sued.

I have seen that happen here in Western NY. About 25 years ago, a small specialized tooling manufacturer had a unique machine shop tool. The Chinese bought one, copied it exactly and started selling it for 1/3 the cost.

There should have been a tariff placed on the Chinese product. The Chinese are great at copying, but lack innovation.

Perhaps 12-15 years ago, businessman Chris Collins (former County Executive of Erie [NY] and Congressman) invested in Buffalo China.
The Chinese flooded the market with subsidized/ underpriced product until the plant finally had to close again - this time for good.

I am so anti-chinese for this exact reason that I even boycotted eating their food a decade+ ago! Stick it to 'em Trump.

I had 143 ELD-X bullets fail on broadside shots a few seasons ago. Lost two deer in one season after having never lost one in my life. During antlerless season I shot three at one time between 250 and 300 yards in one instance. Lost two of them. The one that I was able to recover had bullet fragments everywhere and it only died because it entered behind the shoulder and a fragment ended up going through the hepatic artery causing a massive hemorrhage.

I've since gone back to using bonded bullets and copper solids.
