I just received the sad news Sam Paredes, Executive Director of Gun Owners of California unexpectedly passed today and the far too young age of 67.
Sam was with GOC for 43 years and has been responsible for nearly 100% of the gun rights we still have in California. He's the one behind the scenes who did all the heavy lifting other organizations would like take the credit for. I knew Sam for about 20 years. He was a fine human being and a true Patriot and believer in our Country and Constitution. He was always quick to say a kind word and did more for gun rights than most people will ever know.
