Jon, I thought some more about your question and did an abuse test on my own. I dumped a charge of N130 on a Sidhe BR EVO mounted in a BAT B. Then I dumped the powder out and cleared all visible particles away and tested. No failures. I repeated three times with no issues. I am sure there is a point I can push this to failure but short grinding powder kernels into the trigger it is good to go.

This design has been thoroughly tested in competition under adverse conditions around the world, just not in the US... yet.

Hi Paul,

I see you are shipping via USPS is this signature required? the reason I ask I have had parts sent to me that was put in the wrong mailbox and USPS saying it was delivered then I was SOL! $200+ worth of unreplaceable parts for Anschutz 54 gone.

I got one coming it will go on a Baity Falcon. I have another Falcon with a Flavio Wisper 2.0 BR it will be interesting to see if I can tell any difference.

I installed a Sidhe on my 6.5x47 today.
Fantastic feel, super easy touch.
Anybody getting one check for fire on bolt open they are set really light. ime.

Got the trigger on Thursday Thanks Paul for shipping it via UPS!

I have not installed it yet, but if you are familiar and have used the Anschutz 54 5071/5018 triggers you will not be disappointed IMO. bench adjusting and testing the release feels very much like my 5071-1 Anschutz triggers that are set up for single stage. of course, actual use will prove me correct or not. but side by side bench comparison it feels the same.

FYI, the adjustment instructions are translated IMO incorrectly. it says unscrew for the sear adjustment but really you need to go clockwise in to minimize contact.

Yes i also am thinking about moving it toward the back of the guard.
but it gets in the way of adjusting so leave trigger alone or off and touch where it attaches if slam fire is the problem until that is fixed

I didn't read the directions!
I turned it in several times then out a little at a time until it fired then back in a bit. I shook the bolt, kinda yanking on it because it would fire on bolt opening, any slop in the bolt, if too light it will fire.
In competition you'll get run off for firing after cease fire is called.

Counter or clock wise depends on it's position you're looking at it on the bench !
(I could be mistaken, but i don't thinks so. I had to go in well on to the blue thread locker stuff)

I did read the instructions and unscrew as it said, but like you pointed out if looking from the bottom or top it could be CW or CCW what happen when I did unscrew it became almost like a 2-stage trigger. so, I screwed in till the sear didn't catch then slowly about 1/16 turn out at a time till it didn't release by pushing on the sear catch then about another 1/32 out. should be good will find out when it is on the action.

The BR EVO trigger adjustment is pretty simple but here is some added detail.

Looking at trigger from the bottom (screw side) turn the sear screw (forward of the trigger) clockwise until it just releases the striker (unloaded please).

It is possible to apply side pressure to the trigger while making this adjustment and release the striker pre-maturely. You may need to cock test the sear release setting more that once. If the sear is under engaged you will see trigger travel (take-up) before the release point. If it is adjusted too far it will be inconsistent or not cock the striker. I don't think I have had to move any sear adjustment a full turn.

Once the correct release point is found back off 1/8 of a turn at a time until safe.

Hope this provides clarity and not confusion.

Threw mine in the hanger and gave it a quick bench test, oh man, this is smoooooth!

Adjusted sear engagement, had pin fall with factory setting, back it out 1/8 turn at a time until I got it to catch, went back in to confirm and then backed it out about 30°-40° turn of the screw. Rubber mallet on the tang didn't set it off. Then adjusted pull weight a little, its very nice!

But, I need a new hanger, I get about .025" pin fall on close and total pin fall is about 0.220". Hope to get that dialed in for perfect hand off.
