A&D gf 300 Pharmaceutical Scale?

I just picked (Being Shipped) up one of these in like new condition and calibrated and certified every 6 months for $149.. The scale when I researched it said it did grains to a Milligram resolution and was a hybrid Magnetic weight restoration scale, not to sure of all that but I do know the retail is like $1100-1200.. Hopefully it works and I didn't get ripped off.. I'm told it is certified and in excellent condition..

Is it worth the chance, currently using a beam 10/10
