A&D FX-120i and ce products

Hi, if you don't mind can you tell me how long it took from ordering to confirmation? I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago. Thanks.

OK, Since its is coming from Canada I had to contact financial institution and tell them what was going on before they would let transaction happen. After that it was just a few minutes until I received confirmation and tracking number.YMMV,anytime anything is ordered out of the USA my account throws a red flag and stops transaction until I notify them its ok.Hope this helps.I would say if you haven't received notification in a couple of weeks it probably didn't go through....

Thanks very much, I will get in touch. They charged me $50 preorder fee and it went through, I will find out.

Everybody I checked with couldnt touch CE products on price(500 shipped), but scale was only thing I checked on...

I'm mushroomed in Commufornia so CE won't ship here. Had to go with DWS and had no problemo.

Yup. The comrades in Sacramento are using selective enforcement of their bullshit Prop 65 laws to harass gun related suppliers.

Small suppliers don't have the bandwidth to research the threats, so they just punt. The bad guys win.

Compliance requires those little fine print stickers you see about cancer warnings and such. If you sell into CA and don't have them, their little anti-gun chronies will threaten to fine you. The vast majority of products here don't get checked, but the ones that do are an opportunity to turn their laws into a political weapon with selective enforcement.

I will vouch for Adam, he isn't anti CA. He worked very closely with our club to help develop and debug the ShotMarker and visited in person on a trip to the SHOT Show.

It takes time and resources to learn how to comply with this BS. Gavin Newsom's chronies can be expected to do more of this as time goes on, so we will either have to find a way to make it easy for cottage industry suppliers to comply or they will stop once threatened. For all we know, they read here what we buy and the rest is easy for them. In no time flat, no sales to CA or they get fined for not having the warning stickers.

Sounds like you ordered the autotrickler V3 setup. Settle in for a 2 month wait for the unit to ship. They will send you an email confirming that you want to go forward and you can complete the purchase at that time. Worth the wait I think.

Thanks, you are right.

Just an update my scale "Donald J." showed up today and everything looks good.Placed order on April 18 and got it today april 22 and it had to come from Canada not to bad I would say;).All Ive done so far is unbox it havnt had time to play with it yet.Still haven't decided if I want to locate it to a different table/shelf away from the press and case prep stuff.Whats everyones thoughts on this???

I moved mine to a shelf away from the reloading press to stop those vibrations from reaching the scale. These scales are very sensitive and pickup any motion or air current unless they are isolated.

Bought mine from CE as well. No issue. Added V3 kit. Best decision. Added a few Area419 enhancement pieces. Superior to Chargemaster in time and accuracy. My opinion, better than Matchmaster. Why settle for 0.004gn variance when you can have 0.002gn variance instead.

Also sensitive to air pressure changes (as in) A/C turn on. I shut off A/C when running powder distribution. This became mitigated when I altered the wind screens to be less intrusive. a hole in the side screen for trickler tube and a cutout in the front for powder cup.

I agree about moving to a shelf by itself.MY plan is to throw with lee powder measure and trickle up with a little dandy trickler.I know should have went all out with the autothrow but I didnt.I cant hardly keep up when throwing by hand lol...

The difference between this and the CM in that regard?
