Yes its about weight , however his formula is about length as you know. Also we only have options from 1/4-2or 3 oz. that I'm aware of depending on the material used.
Just saying there were other harmonics to try. Of course, after trying multiple ones it would have been just as easy to use the Hopewell method starting at 200 as John mentioned.
