Whats the best 7mm-08 brass to use?

I prefer Norma but some might argue and say neck up .260 Lapua.

I've used Winchester, Remington and Fedral.
I've found the Winchester the best of those 3.
My 7-08 is an off the shelf hunter and not a custom BR gun.

I agree with necchi on his choice out of the three, I would like to put them in order correctly though.

I neck down 308 Lapua.

On the Lapua Brass is it better to neck up Or size down? Is thier an advanage from one to the other?

Another vote for the Norma if you neck down .308 lapua it will be slightly shorter than 7-08 brass but a little cheaper than Norma.

I neck the 7-08 down for my 260 and the Winchester case weighs about 6 grains less and has 0.9 grain more capacity (after fire-forming in my chamber) than the Remington 7-08. Discussing case preparation, the Winchester is a little more consistent and easier to work with.

If your not neck turning neck down, I use Win 7-08 for my 260 brass, I do neck turn it, but it's only a skim, my experience with necking up 243 formed really bad donuts that never went away after repeated turning.
