Where can I purchase a 700 BDL LA in Stainless with mag bolt
for a 300RUM build I am working on putting together? Or,would I be better off just going with a custom action like Lawton 7000, Borden Timberline Repeater, or Stiller Predator ? I am going to the expense of a custom barrel and stock for this rig, so maybe the custom action might be the way to go. This will be a 1000yd hunting rig. Any thoughts.

The Rem SPS is the cheapest route. It can be had in 7RUM and 300RUM. I found one NIB for $615 a while back but I think retail is more like $680ish. Truthfully, by the time you buy the rifle and have any accurizing done you would be better off with a Stiller action.

Your always better off with a custom action in the long run, than a tweaked anything else. The custom action will always be worth more money in the end....
