7/8”X 14 TPI Threading Die

Another alternative:

Don't the Redding lock rings have a little lead (?) plug in front of the set screw?
At any rate, I swap those rings out for Forsters (above) or Sinclairs with the cross bolt.

Got several dies that the threads are damaged! Where do I get a threading die from or anyone have one I can use? I have looked on e-bay but do not know which to buy!! Point me in the right direction! Thanks wheelgun7360
I had a few dies that the threads were slightly damaged be tighening the ring bolt down tight. The ring still turned but it was tight. I put a small piece of rosin core solder under the bolt to protect all my dies.

The split ring locking collars are by far the superior ring to use. There is no need to worry about, is it tight enough or is it too tight. There is no need to worry about losing the lead ball and when the spit collar is tightened, it's tightened. Several companies can supply them.

Set screws especially Redding's I use a USA made thin blade putty knife and wet dry sand paper to get rid of the burr, abrasive paper will cut (grind) easier than files. Even though once past the struggle I will never adjust again, I still might so I have to make them smooth just in case, When I get new or used dies most of the sizers get Hornady rings at the start
Split rings and the only way to go if you ask me. I have a pile of brand new one piece aluminum and steel die rings that I removed from dies the exact moment I took them out of the box.
