Widener's Reloading occasionaly has IMI new brass at 170.00 per thousand. They just sold out, however keep an eye on their site, you never know when it will be back in. That's my first choice. The price is great, the brass is high quality,for 7.62x39), and it's new.
Years ago graf and son's had Lapua cases for $12. /100. WoW! I bought 2000. They really don't go bad , i haven't even discarded any from over use ! Just load them over and over.

A friend has some PMC NEW 7.62x39, which was so tough, I formed a LOT of PPC cases from it. Let me know if you need his contact information.
