6xc: V-V133 loads?

Dear 6xc users: any thoughts on using V-V 133 as a powder for 6xc? Thanks, Billy

Sounds like it might be a little fast. Most of the loads developed for the 6XC and the,roughly) similar capacity 6-250 use powders in the IMR-4895 or slower class.

Asa is dead on as usual, 133 is what the PPC people use to push 66gr. bullets. You might try H-4350, I know a couple of XC shooters that have had great success with this powder and 105's and 107's.

You might give Hodgdon a call or Sierra, they are great sources for data.
