6XC and 47 - Bore life ? Speed in 20" ??

Wondering if it's worthwhile in a 20" - about dead set on a shorty, thought about a 6.5x47 for bore life, but how are these two 6mm? Any shorty owners w/speed data?

Like to know how many rounds you guys are getting before going south.
