6X47 Lapua Dies

Excuse what is probably a stupid question, but is there any reason why one couldn't use a 6.5X47 bushing neck-sizer for use with a 6X47, except with the appropriate sized .26* bushing?

I note that Redding does not make the competition die set for 6X47,With the micrometer bushing die) but they do for the 6.5. Wouldn't the only difference be the bushing?

Maybe so. But would the case be supported properly? Are you planning to turn necks?

The forward section of the shoulder would not be sized,if you are looking for full-length sizing), but neck-sizing only it should work.

FYI - Forster is making dies, and Hornady will soon have theirs out...

I just checked out the forster web page and ordered a set of the 6 X 47 dies so they are out there to be had.
