6×45 thoughts

Been playing with the 6x45/6-223/6TCU for quite a few years. It is such a good cartridge that is over looked by many. Sad there isn’t any NEW data. Most of what is listed anywhere is of the late 80’s to early 90’s.

I've built 7 6x45s on ar15 and bolt action frames. Its about perfect for coyote, deer, antelope IMO. 55g-70g for pdogs & coyote, 85-90g for deer sized always do the job. Never had to use a second shot on any game to date. My go to for deer, antelope is Sierras 85jhp bullet. No real recoil for any load and all loads shoot sub moas.

Still no 6x45 loads from the bullet makers. l tend to trust them first and MOST.
