6PPC neck help PLEASE!

Ok, I'm trying not to loose my *#•*, and smash these cases.
Here's what I'm working with:
Chamber-.263
Norma and Lapua brass mixed
Turned to 9
Wilson die

I follow my same routine, decap/ resize.
Upon trying to seat my pills, I Checked my OAL, and notice my bullet is slipping downward. So loose I can shake it.
So, I think my neck tension is too loose..
I normally use a .261 for a .263 neck.
So, I then switch down to a .260,,,,SAME CRAP! It just slid down. I then try different cases, all doing same thing...
Having run out of Patience, I stick in a .259 in, and nothing! Again, the same!
That's it, I'm out of 6PPC bushings! I shoot the same pills every time, either the Shilens, Cheeks.. It ain't the bullets!

Any advise? PLEASE, before I use every cuss word available and my wife makes me go to confession!

THANKYOU,
Scotsman1

The brass of the neck has become work hardened ..probly going to have to anneal it. Thats why no matter what bushing u use it makes no difference. Its hard enough that it keeps coming back to the shape it was when it was fired

Scotsman - for your bullet/seating-dept, your re-sizing die may not be sizing enough of the case-neck length: the bullet base/pressure-ring may be 'opening' the sized portion, then ending up below the sized length, resulting in little/no grip on the shank. Check to make certain that your die is sizing the necks far enough [toward the shoulder] to assure that the bullet base remains IN the sized portion of the case-necks - if not, adjust the die accordingly. If using a L.E. Wilson, or similar neck-die, some machining will be in order - commonly, these dies re-size only about 1/2 of the neck length. Good shootin'! RG

I would skip the annealing and keep going down on the bushings. for 133 in a .262 neck chamber, I have recently worked with necks that were around .008 and a bushing size of .256. When my necks were slightly thicker, I used a .257 bushing. If your neck dimension is accurate, and your bullets are custom FBs with an average pressure ring, giving a diameter over the base of .2435 or so, you have a loaded round of .2615. dropping down .002 or .003 from that gives you a Wilson bushing size of about .259 or .258. if they don't get you there, remeasure your loaded rounds with a good mic that reads to .0001. Your turning mandrel may have picked up some brass under the cutter, and your necks may be thinner than you think they are. The reason for skipping the annealing is that with necks this thin, neck tension is at a premium, and some powders need all that you can get to shoot their best. Annealing would reduce the tension, not in terms of diameter difference, but where it counts, bullet pull.
