6mmppc neck thickness

Great video. If I were in the class, I'd ask what bushing he used along with the thin necks. It all goes together. Beware of using one suggestion from one guy and another from someone else. The pieces of the method used have to go together. So, knowing the bushing dia used is probably important.

I'm in the .262 chamber neck with 0.0085 thk camp, and I use a 0.258 bushing.

Validating by measuring the dia of the assembled round is a good idea. I'm not a machinist.
Keeping an eye on case length is a good idea ... length affects the force required to move the bullet.
Didn't know primer pocket cleanliness had a measurable effect. Great information.

Bushing size is largely dependent on powder used. For the .262 neck it would behoove you to have a .256, .257, and .258, bushing to cover all the bases. When you find the size that tunes the best with a particular powder, then you can get real serious and get carbide bushings 0.0005" above and below.
I turn to 0.0082". I like a full 0.002" total clearance between loaded round and chamber.
