Has anyone out there exceeded 30.4grains of R15 using 105gr VLD bullets in a 1:8 twist. If so, what kind of performance did exceeding this load provide. Most of the forum info on loads seems to indicate 30.4 as a max i.e. Jason baney's 1000yd article. Please no lengthy diatribes about bore specific etc. Maybe some loads and velocities and group size. I do not want to say what I have found thru my experience until somebody is interested enough to ask. Thanks Dobber

This forenoon I tryed the 105VLD with Re15. This particular BR apparantly does not like re15. I went up to 31.0 grains with no visible pressure signs,but did not find its sweet spot. Be cautious,,,it has got to be on the hot side.
