6mmBR with Berger 105 Hybrid?

Anybody using these? Having trouble finding some data on them. Curious if they like a jump/Jam, Varget, RE15? Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

My 6BR likes Berger's 105 hybrids with 30.0 grains Rel. 15 seated to show square mark in the rifling. .250" -.325" at 200 yards

im using these in my 6BR and it loves them at .015 jump, i was running them with RL15 at 29.8gr but i changed to varget with 30.6gr as i found it less temp sensitive and alot cleaner

Once my stash of 105VLD's is waning I'll be switching to 'em for my 6XC's. I was in on the initial, pre-release testing program & so pleased with how they worked loaded exactly the same as the VLD's I bought a bunch; 0.020" off the lands, enough BOOM to put 3,050 fps on 'em when they leave for work.

Only going through the tuning process will give you the best results for you. Working up from 29gr. with RL15 and Varget will show you the best charge of each for you. Moving up .3 per step, checking in between your best results. The use of a chronograph will add important data. When you add powder and the velocity does not go up take note of it, this is usually an accuracy node. Once you have found the charge go back and test seating depth. Jammed bullets may require reducing your charge for best results.

Best Wishes!

There are 5 of us shooting the 6BR in the local tactical matches, All of us ended up using
between 29.2 to 29.4 grains of H-4895, Jumping .015 @ 2960 to 2890 fps depending on
the barrel. All did there own testing with different powders. H-4895 and the Hybrids WORK!

Kansas91,
Start on the lands and work back in .005 increments. Do this at the lowest powder charge listed for your bullet/powder/cartridge combination you are testing for. When you find a seating depth accuracy node that shows promise. You can try to improve it by going .001-.002 to either side of that seating depth. Then work your load back up. If you need any help with load data you can contact us at techsupport@bergerbullets.com

I have a Shilen 8 twist and have worked with H4895, Varget, and RL15. Also 105 VLD, 105 Hybrids and 107 SMK. The best combination from them was 107 with 29.0 RL15. also did FEd GM small rifle and CCI BR4. Br4 was better also. YMMV. (your mileage may vary)

Brux 30" barrel
1:8 twist
30.5 gr Varget
105 Berger Hybrid
2870 velocity
CCI 450 primers
Lapua brass
Jump .020 to .030

Works for me. You should start with a lighter load like 29.0 and work your way up.

30gr of varget Berger 105hyb's 20th. In the land on problem. I've tried out of the lands and when I went into the lands it made th bullet come alive. I Shoot it my br and my brx 7.5 twist bartleins 28in.

Mine shot ok show not ok near and in. But when I got.022 off a soft touch Wow.
ES got better or wider .019 to .033 was the window area. Best part 4 different lots all shot the same.
We have 7 Dashers all shooting the same powder drop. jumping .021 +.
The 3 different Dashers I have with 3 different shooter's have won the last 6 shoots all jumping .020 plus. Small group at 300 two different shoots. high score and small group one target had 5 X. 1000 YD paper small 10 shot and 20 shot total. I won 600 and the 1018 Yd gong shoots.
Also all 3 guns are tuned with a RAS Tuner Brake. Larry
